General Information About Special Rates

• Homeowners Rate Standard Owner's (residental) Policy shall be 70% of the general schedule rate.

• Refinance or Junior Mortgage The Charge for a lender's standard or extended coverage shall be 50% of the general schedule with a minimum fee of $250.

• Subdivider or Builder The charge for the original lot sale from the subdivider of four or more lots, and for the original standard or extended construction loan shall be 40% of the general schedule with a minimum fee of $150. The charge for standard owner's policy on the builder's sale shall be 35% of the general schedule.

• Extended Coverage Provides for a 30% surcharge on the general schedule, except where exempted.
